Dear Mr. Evans,

This past July we came to Statesboro to find a house. Because of your expertise in building quality homes at an affordable price, we chose our house in Pinemount.

We wanted you to know how much we are enjoying our new home and how we are looking forward to many more years of enjoyment in it.

Your attention to detail is only surpassed by your thoroughness in the entire building process. Your support staff has been helpful and everyone has had a great attitude.

Because you care about what you do, when we came to Statesboro to find a house, what we really found was a home.

Thank you!

Sincerely,

Bruce & Dianne Waldron

Dear Mr. Evans,

My wife and our family are truly enjoying our new home. We are enjoying its many comforts, and we also love our location. We also look forward to enjoying the Christmas season in our new home, and we thank God for this wonderful blessing.

One thing we talk about in Human Resources is how a business can produce a product that no one else can copy. In today’s world, that’s hard to do. I feel I can safely say that the products you use can be purchased by any other builder. So, how do you differentiate your business from the others? The only element a business can truly possess that can’t be copied is its people.

Due to the few adjustments we are having done to our new home, I have met several of the employees and contractors that work with you. They are very polite, considerate, helpful, and friendly. Regardless of what product you market, your people are the life of your business. They determine its successes and its failures. The way you treat your people will reflect in how they treat your customers. Mr. Evans, the people in your organization that I have met have exhibited very good attitudes, and they have given me their full attention when I’ve dealt with them. Those same attitudes are reflected in the quality and craftsmanship of my home. That’s very important to me as a customer. So, my family and I thank you for exceptional service in an industry we wouldn’t normally think of when it comes to high levels of customer service.

Sincerely,

Phillip & Gayle Tremble

To Whom it May Concern:

For several weeks, I had met several contractors to talk about having my home built. Everyone I talked with promised me the world. I felt like I was dealing with a group of used car dealers. When I met with Milton; I could immediately tell things were going to be different. He sat down with me, discussed what I was looking for, and without hesitation gave me an estimate. He spent the afternoon taking me to several homes he was building and answered any questions I had. Everyone I spoke with, from homeowner to building supplier thought very highly of Milton. They all told me that Milton was as good as his word. He’s lived up to that reputation throughout my dealings with him during the construction of my home. If there were any problems, or adjustments to be made, he was onsite and had things addressed immediately. Milton has far exceeded my expectations on the quality and standards by which he’s built my home. I can’t think of a time when I wasn’t able to reach him to discuss an update, or any concerns I had about my home. I know that if I were to build another home, I would contract Milton for the job without any doubt. To me, Milton has become more than my contractor, he’s also become a trusted friend.
